HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
I always recommend that you book at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance of when you think you’ll need your finished photos to be live. Of course, if you’ve got a rush deadline, please feel free to email us to see if there’s a way to shimmy you into the schedule.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY PHOTO SHOOT?
All you really need to bring is your outfits, accessories, business props and of course, your lovely self! While we generally recommend you bring 2 to 3 outfits to your photo shoot, the more choices you have, the better! We cover all this and then some while planning your shoot during our 'Discovery Call'
HOW MANY “LOOKS” OR WARDROBE CHANGES DO I GET?
You’re guaranteed at least two looks during your headshot session, more if you book a larger personal brand shoot. These numbers are "estimates" as we don't put a limit on the number of outfit changes you are allowed. We do our best to give you as much variety as possible during your session.
WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We take a non-refundable deposit in advance and am happy to reschedule photo shoots if with a 48-hour notice. That said, life happens so we tend to simply communicate and work out the logistics and reschedule.
HOW SOON AFTER THE SHOOT DO I GET MY PHOTOS?
Your proofing gallery will be ready in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Once you've chosen your favourite images, your polished set of images will be ready within one business week. Let us know you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
You've decided on our studio to capture your brand! We start with a discovery call to establish the details; location, props, wardrobe & timing. Then we make it official with a contract outlining the details and deliverables. Once the contract is signed we are officially booked.
